CITIZEN SCIENCE

PROJECT UPDATES

At Temple, I led a team of dedicated volunteers to monitor stream temperature at many locations throughout the Philadelphia suburbs. I wrote bi-monthly bulletins with updates on the program and preliminary results.

July 2020: I am excited to share a new tool through which anyone can explore data collected by volunteers! I also created a tutorial on how to create this type of data visualization.

March 2020: Volunteers stay safe by wearing masks and social distancing in the field.
